Code of Ethics
Given today's climate, particularly in light of The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, an organization should have its own Code of Ethics. Our Code of Ethics Line focuses primarily on assisting management as well as the Board of Directors in designing ethical statements representing the seriousness with which the organization is dedicated to high standards of conduct. We work extensively with senior management as well as department managers to assist with the development of a Code of Ethics that reflects the reality of each organization's value system. The process of developing a Code of Ethics includes:
Interviewing Senior Staff
Conducting Focus Groups with employees from Different Levels of the Organization
Creating and Analyzing Surveys
Defining the Organization's Goals and Values
Drafting the Code of Ethics
