The Alliance Group LLC (‘TAG") is comprised of experienced consultants in the human and social services industries led by Gerald N. Tischfeld who has combined his consulting practice with TAG. TAG is known for our consultants’ specialized knowledge in not-for-profit organizations, expansive network of people, extensive experience, and proactive philosophy of being involved, responsive and accessible. TAG’s comprehensive experience of the not-for-profit industry includes a large base of not-for-profit agencies and individuals who are well versed in the nuances involved in not-for-profit management today.

TAG’s principal area of expertise is in assisting agencies who look to their consultants for a variety of quality services in order to accomplish their goals and objectives. These services include: establishing strategic plans by assessing market opportunities; negotiating and obtaining reimbursement; developing business policies and procedures; providing strategies in the managed care arena; analyzing and preparing The Consolidated Fiscal Report; providing financial and rate management; conducting reengineering reviews and operational studies; planning strategic alliances and joint ventures; forming Management Service Organizations; and implementing recommendations that address our clients' needs.
